Had the worx and also wanted the entire dressing but it was pretty disappointed overall paid 47 + tip - and my windshield was still dirty after the wash and interior was not done right. See pics for yourself-
Disappointed got a wash that 32 and they didn’t vaccum the back of my car and a lot of dust on my doors before that I paid 24 and the car was amazingingly clean and i always like to tip because it’s a really hard job but today was terrible
Bad communication.
I arrived at 11:30 am and I understand it was very busy.
But I saw some customers that arrived after me to be exactly about 5 costumers.
Their cars were ready before my truck.
My truck kept pushing back for some reason.
It was on the sun, and then it was moved to the side.
It was past 1 pm, and I took my truck and left with a number 4 in my window
I will never be back.
They have no customer services.
No communication to the customers
My car was covered in dead bugs from a long drive, they cleaned it up beautifully inside and out. Plus, there was no wait, and their prices are reasonable!
First off, let me start off by saying how very picky I am about my car.
I’ve gone to a few places around the Coachella Valley who have worked on my cars before. I decided to give “Elephant Car Wash” a try. I decided to spring for the “ Custom Detailing” package. Interior & Exterior. $174 I paid. They said “my wait time would be 4hrs”. They offer free rides home if wait is a long time.
Some people would react to “4hrs”???? But why?? If they are putting that much time into your car, they are putting their heart and soul into detailing your car.
Wow!! I can’t even describe what an amazing job they did. My car is beyond anything I have seen. Looks better than it did when I first drove my Prius Prime off the Toyota lot one year ago.
The owner himself gets on the floor with his workers and vacuums the cars and helps. That’s the kind of ownership/management where I want to direct my business.

Sadly no longer the car wash to go to! Has ownership changed? The girl who tended to my car did not even watch what she was doing. She was busy talking with the other workers. Tried to speak with manager but they never came out to meet me.
This place is awesome. On my last 2 road trips to PS I have visited here to get 5000km of road grime, bug splat and heavy brake dust cleaned up. Phenomenal crew & exceptional work for a reasonable price! Thanks for making our car beautiful again 👍 …
Service is always good and the wash is better than anyplace else I have been in the desert. Yes, it is expense but what isn't a lot more expensive these days. Overall compared to their competition Elephant IS #1 in the Coachella Valley!!
